Victory Charitable, Inc is a 501c3 nonprofit organization (Tax ID # 82-5057411) that is currently seeking funding to promote sporting and entertainment events for the United States ARMED FORCES!

 

 Our Mission Statement is Victory Charitable, Inc.supports the Morale and Welfare of the United States Armed Forces (all branches) through sports and entertainment. 

Our goal is to provide entertainment to our troops, both nationally and internationally.

Our events will be live-streamed to all military bases and installations across the world. Sporting events and entertainment, especially contact sports, such as boxing is a direct request from our troops. 

 

Core Objective

1.. To be the premier sports and entertainment company for the United States Armed Forces. WORLDWIDE!

2. To produce the highest quality sporting events and promotions

 Example USNA Boxing Team v. West Point Military Academy competing for the Commander's Belt.

3. To align ourselves with high-value andquality sponsors who share our vision of supporting the United States Armed Forces. 

4. To pitch and coordinate cable television, network, live stream, and media coverage. WORLDWIDE

5. To develop strategic partnerships in conjunction with other countries to obtain exclusive promotional rights to promote fights and to market and promote these live events for troop entertainment, for Example, USMC marines v. Royal Marines from the United Kingdom. 

6. To encourage our sponsors to participate in charitable activities, especially those charities which benefit the service men and women of the United States Armed Forces. 

7. To operate with the highest level of integrity in all our business activities and to positively shape the lives of our athletes. 

8. To operate in a socially responsible manner whereby Victory Charitable, Inc will strive to make significant contributions on our military bases, both domestically and internationally. 

 
  • Scope of Work

    1. Present and promote amateur and professional boxing events that will showcase local and international boxing talent of championship-caliber in nontitle and title bouts,

    2. Create co-main events which will consist of a ten (10) or (12) round bout, and an undercard that will consist of a (4), six (6), eight (8), and ten (10) round bouts;

    3. Promote quarterly professional and amateur boxing events at selected military bases.

    4. Create a championship title series featuring high-end custom championship belts to motivate the participants and generate interest in the event!.

    5. Leverage our network of former world champions such as Sugar Ray Leonard, Tommy Hearns, Roberto Duran, Mike McCallum, Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield, Buster Douglas, Gerry Cooney, Earnie Shavers, Boom Boom Mancini, etc.

  • Dr. Jonathan Davis - Chief Executive Officer

    Dr. Jonathan Davis served as the fight doctor for the Sugar Ray Leonard Boxing Team since 1987 and has also worked the corner for Olympic Gold Medalist and former light heavyweight champion Andrew Maynard and 2-time middleweight champion Keith Holmes.

    Dr. Davis also served as the team physician for the United States Olympic Team from 1984 to 1986.

  • Mychal Thomas - Chief Operating Officer

    Mr. Mychal Thomas is recognized as an expert in the field of boxing promotions.

    Mr. Thomas was instrumental in developing the careers of talented young fighters including 1984 three-time world amateur and Olympic alternate Floyd Favors Jr.

    Mr. Thomas also managed Bahamian Amateur Champion Floyd Seymore,

    Mr. Thomas also worked with two-time World Junior Middleweight Champion Simon Brown.

    He has over twenty-five years of combined experience in boxing as an amateur boxer, trainer, manager and promoter.

  • Kenny Leonard - Vice President

    Kenny Leonard has been one of Sugar Ray Leonard's "right-hand men!

    Throughout his career. Kenny has attended to many of the details for non-title boxing matches and championship boxing matches for his younger brother Sugar Ray Leonard.

    His thirty years of experience in boxing logistics, marketing, and boxing promotions have given him an unmatched perspective of the boxing and promotional industry.
